Regarding hair removal issues

Regarding size issues

All items are measured in physical form, and plush toys themselves are soft and may have some margin of error (approximately 3 centimeters)；

Regarding packaging issues

We use professional plush vacuum equipment to empty and pack the toys. Due to the large volume of the plush toys themselves, they can only be transported after being evacuated to better protect the products. Therefore, when you receive the products, they may be slightly smaller or have some wrinkles than described. Please do not be surprised, as this is a normal phenomenon.
